That was our challenge when we were tasked with convincing tech workers and entrepreneurs across the country to move there.
First we developed a tagline that, in three words, encapsulates the work/life balance and untapped economic potential of the region: Life Works Here.
Typical recruitment ads will try to convince you to move somewhere. We flipped the script and made videos from the POV of someone who has already found this diamond in the rough, decided to move there, and now has to break the news to their friends and family.
